3.3 We use Sendy, a self-hosted email platform, to manage our mailing list and send campaign updates. Sendy processes data within the United Kingdom.
3.4 We use CrowdFunder.co.uk as our crowdfunding platform. Donations made through CrowdFunder are processed by CrowdFunder and are subject to their own privacy policy, which you can view at crowdfunder.co.uk/privacy.
3.5 In addition to the specific disclosures of personal data set out in this Section 3, we may disclose your personal data where such disclosure is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
4. International transfers of your personal data
4.1 Our website hosting facilities and email platform (Sendy) are situated within the United Kingdom. We do not routinely transfer your personal data outside the UK.
